Camera Body
Modern camera bodies are capable of taking gorgeous photos with a press of a button. They have a variety of features that are ideal for beginners, including automatic focus, burst speed shutter settings and low-light processing.
The sensor is one of the most important parts of a camera, converting light into digital information. Modern cameras use a charged-coupled device (CCD) or complementary metal-oxide semiconductor (CMOS) image sensor for this purpose.
Lenses
The lens is the main component of a camera that controls how your images look. For example, a lens that allows you to capture a wide angle of view is great for landscapes, while a zoom lens is useful for photographing people or things in the distance.
Some lenses also have features that can help you take better photos, such as chromatic aberration (which creates fringes of color around objects) or depth of field indicators. These indicate how much of the scene will be in focus when shooting at a certain shutter speed and aperture.
External Hard Drives
If you’re a trigger-happy photographer, you’re going to need an external hard drive. A good one will give you enough storage capacity to handle all of your still images, offer high reading and writing speeds for a quick file transfer, and be durable in case it gets bumped around or dropped.
